Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure the check box to stay logged in on the website doesn't work. Seems like I'm clicking that thing every time I log in, which is every time I open the page again.

If you close the browser or tab that the website is in, it will disconnect you. This is as designed for your security purposes.

From what I understand, that button leaves you logged on so long as your browser window doesn't close/it doesn't log you off due to inactivity (as long as you don't close your browser). And yes, that's on purpose. There's a thread somewhere in the website support board that explains it. Some sort of security thing, since your account on the forum is linked to the account you use money for if you buys stuff in the game, I think.

So basically, it was never meant to keep you logged indefinitely.

I haven't quite figured out the exact timing, but without closing the browser I get logged out of the system (when I'm inactive) periodically regardless of that setting being used or not.

I've only tested/experienced this with Google Chrome however.

If it says keep me logged in it should keep me logged in. If I leave the page for more than 10 mins (whether or not I close the browser) I have to log back in.
