if MWO suddenly banned all forms of the word "wolf" "dragon" and "lord" i think there would be less then 1000 registered members left.

i giggle at how many i see. i realize my name isnt literary genius but if your trying to find a way to use the sandscrit form of "wolf" just so you can have it in your name, maybe use a little imagination and think of something else?

why are their no "Badger" overlords? a badger is much tougher then a wolf.

anyhoo no real offense is meant but it is funny to me..

If the names were taken from favorite movies/series there would be a lot of characters from Game of Thrones here, I think.
I took a rather unknown name from one of my favorite books. Just did not want to go with one of the main characters...
And the full name was taken already, so I had to go for first name only.

not as many as youd think unless ist a direct knock off of a clan name from cannon.

Im thinking of changing my name to "Honey Badger of Moderate Discomfort"

i also have noticed the more "kill, death dominate pwn" type name is most likely to eat the most noobcake

Back in 1995 when I chose a name for my Worms captain (on the good ole' Amiga 600+) I thought it was very original.
Over the years I've used the same name for all my in-game names, email & websites I've ever been involved with.

Slowly it dawned on me that some unscrupulous company had the temerity to go back in time, and retrospectively steal my name for their decidedly homoerotic version of Action Man.










..I'm still working on a way to way to sue someone who's gone back in time to before I was born to steal my IP before I thought of it - I'm thinking I may have to move to the US to do this..

BIg Jim was what you got as a kid if your parents were hippies and wouldnt buy you a proper Gi Joe

as a kid of the 60-70s i remember those poor kids who showed up for GI Joe time with a Big Jim doll they always had to be the enemy or the medic

Well i'm guilty!!!

Not that i actually use the nick Perversor with the Lord [prefix unless i'm playing some estrategy games, but this time it's fitting with my own character lore on the BT universe.

Remember that it's a callsign that some choose within the game lore to pick (the real character name should be Joseph Augustus Lyons)
Altought there is always here who fail at the most basic RPG rule for character creation...

YOU MUST NOT BE THE SAVIOR/HERO OF ANYTHING, just be John Doe until your deeds allow to build up a nice story.

LOL i really dont care what name peeps use, with all the bronies around that alone makes me laugh uncontrollably.
2 fav nics ive seen in last few years was in MWO "mexicutioner" and in another OL MMO cant remember which was "Crowley Bumliq" i still giggle at them too
