But in all seriousness, you'll be in soon™.

Actually, I could probably get founders at any moment since my mom owes me $40 for babysitting my brother (One of the perks to still being a kid) but I also need new ram (To up to 4gb from 2gb).

I decided to just buy pads instead.

just so you know, theres still a NDA (non disclosure agreement) and you need to be of legal age (18 US) to sign it or it could cause problems in the future... the likelihood of it causing problems isn't major but it is there nevertheless...

It does say instant access with no clause from what I've been able to find.

I honestly wouldn't care either way seeing as it'd be a guarantee to get in on the 7th.

even the August 7th release hasn't been stated that there will not be a NDA...
not saying you shouldn't go for the founders pack...
just don't know how you/your family is on "legalities"

most people just click the check box and go on with life like it doesn't matter...
just be careful cause they'll drop the ban hammer on you if you break the NDA, of age or not...

and if you read through the NDA you "can" be taken to court if you break it.. even by accident...

saw some other threads about younger players wanting founders but not of age to "legally" click the check box for NDA..
figured i'd let you know just in case..

Saying guaranteed access then dropping the hammer would be false advertising, I don't think that would look too good.

Just my two cents.

Anything involving a contract requires that both parties can consent, you can't in most jurisdictions, so... in practice you can probably have a legal guardian buy it for you but our friend above is correct, under 18s in many places cannot sign contracts.

The difficulty is that the NDA is a legally binding document.
Minors are not legally able to sign such documents.

Hence the problem.

If you actually read it before clicking the check box, you may note that under the agreement, they can pursue legal action for breaching the NDA. It's not worth there time to take someone to court for minor breaches, but since they reserve the right to, you have to be an adult to consent to that.
