Program and Coralld some people in the Canon named Merc corps received conflicting information from some of the devs earlier on and were somewhat mislead. They would never had pursued this path otherwise, they are exceptionally well run units with nothing but the best intentions.

Man... things seem to have quieted down at the recruitment office... on the plus side, there will be more people to recruit with all of the publicity that MW:O has been getting from GameSpy and IGN

That's a fact, and whats even better is that they are getting their information correct now, none of this mixing up the Titan with an Atlas and other silliness. Just wish they stop posting its launch date as its not been announced yet.

Launch Date? Whaaa??!!! I haven't heard of an official Launch Date. . . just that beta was starting sometime this summer.

Just in case your are not, several sites, IGN in particular posted a launch date of MWO, however the launch date they posted was speculated on their part and the PGI guys told them to take it down because it was not correct and is still TBA.
