Short for ComStar Bill.

Yep, the heavily armed phone company is also the international bank. Why do I have a bad feeling about this?

C-Bill, as in Constar Bill. Its the universal currency in the IS. Each house has its own currency also refered to as H-Bills or Whatever the name of the house starts with (M-Bills = Marik, L-Bills = Liao ect...) Also to give a rough example, years ago.....(when mechwarrior 2 was cutting edge) it was theorised that 1 c-bill was equal to $5 U.S.D.. Now given the fact that inflation does what it does and the American dollar is in the ******* it might have changed a bit.

According to Inflation Calculator there is 50.8% inflation between 1995 and 2012. I guess that would mean 1 C-Bill is now worth $3.32. (I hope I got that right.)

Let's just hope that is not the exchange rate they will charge us. If it is I would love to sell my Founder Atlas for $31,958,320 if I could.

It's a good guess anyways, there's logic to it.

C-bills are now worth some 8.32 USDs.

making the Atlas worth some 80 million USDs.

I just hope Elite and Legendary Founders don't end up with 10 C-bills with $80 in game cash.

I wasn't sure if I did it right (only been getting a few hours sleep a night this week), thanks for the correction.

An M1 Abrams inflation adjusted cost is around 8.5 million dollars. So an Atlas costs 10 times as much? Sounds about right.

We've established the "in game currency" is titled c-bills, but is this the same name as the paid for currency, such as the $80 from founder? or will this have another name? just curious.

Edit: looking as some of the footage, it appears it could be labelled "MC" to the C-Bills "CB"
