are the only chassis we have bipedal?
i think it would be cool to have multi chassis, or treads, like in chromehounds.

and the other question:

when i buy parts, ie: an ac-5, am i required to purchase another one for another mech?
AND once i am destroyed in battle do i need to pay to have the mech fixed, or do i lose the mech,
or do i just join another game with my mech ready again.

and lastly:
after a battle will i need to by more ammo or will my mech reset for the next fight?

thanks again people

I can only say two things:
1. Nothing in your post is a suggestion for the game, so wrong forum.

2. Most of your questions would require a breaking of the NDA to be answered.

As to chassis: the vast majority of 'mechs in BattleTech are bipedal. There are a handful of quadrupedal designs, but there's no telling whether or not they'll ever show up in MWO.

There aren't any 'mechs with treads, although there are some tanks that weigh in at 'mech-level tonnage. Armies in BattleTech still used combined forces of infantry, armor, air support, artillery, and 'mechs, even though most of the games tend to only focus on 'mech-to-'mech fighting. A BattleMech pretty much has legs by definition in the BT universe.
