The game is currently in closed BETA. The target date for Open beta is "Summer 2012".

Purchasers of a Founders pack get immediate access to the closed BETA.

I can say with a pretty high degree of certainty that the game will be released sometime after tomorrow, how long is the question.

My personal guess is that the open beta will be at the end of this month or the middle of next month. They have said for a very long time that they would like to release the game before Fall 2012, so they pretty much have to release it before the end of next month if they still want to keep to that timeframe.

My guess on the release date isn't based on some super-secret beta knowledge, but rather based on the fact that they were going to release it a week ago except they had some delays regarding hardware and such that pushed them back a bit, and as can be seen in the nvidea event the game is already very much playable at the moment (at least at a minimally viable level which is all the open beta is going to be).

um no traget launch is not summer 2012 i dont know why everyone keeps saying that there has never been a offical anouncment saying that.

Hang in there, we're all eagerly awaiting the full launch. In the meantime you should buy a founder's pack to get a taste of what's to come.

Your right this isn't an official date, but it has been their goal (and was stated many times as their official 'goal') for a very long time and they have never given any indication that anything has changed. Of course the summer 'release' refers to open beta not the true launch. A launch (of open beta) within the next few weeks is still easily doable though and I think that they will. This is just my opinion however

Yes, do your self a favor get a founders package, access to closed beta and a good deal. There is no official release date, and any hints at something that resembles a time table will be found in the forums pinned at the top.

I was just thinking the same thing.
I was looking at the times when the two was created trying to determine which one was posted first.
