Savior of the Combine and Luthien. Annihilator of Smoke Jaguar! Unifier of worlds! Black Dragons are daiben and need to go with the rest of the rotting sewage to be eaten by vermin!

Under Theodore Kurita we got Kanazuchi battle armor, our first warships, our best Battletech, and our best tactics. He even re-wrote and modernized Bushido itself. A modern day Hitokiri, truly Amatsu's revenge.

Developments under Theodore: MRMs, Streak Missiles, ER PPC, Pulse Lasers, ER Lasers, Mech Sword, Battle Armor, New Bushido, Endo-Steel, Mercenaries, C3(!), Reactive Armor, Heavy PPC, Light PPC and the Heavy-Duty Gyro. All the above weapons/tech are also originated by the DCMS with respect to Inner Sphere forces, and Kanazuchi is arguably the strongest battle armor on the field.

Plus all other new tech since the Helm Memory Core. In fact, the DCMS experienced a Renaissance under Theodore Kurita, and regained more technology then at any previous form in history.

Politically the DCMS basically lead the entire Inner Sphere briefly during the annihilation of Smoke Jaguar (the Coordinator may not have been officially First Lord, but that was necessary to garner support for retaking our territory, and the DCMS did basically lead the Second Star League forces since it was in DCMS territory and focused on retaking DCMS worlds. )

In terms of honor, Theodore Kurita gained widespread respect from even our most ancient enemies, in many respects helping to redeem us of the Kentares massacre in Davion eyes, and defeated our strongest foe we have ever seen- the Smoke Jaguars, who were in many respects even more powerful then the Blakists.

The Dragon stands mightily, may all our foes tremble before our strength.

I've always thought Takashi was just as great a leader. No doubt the best among his generation of Inner Sphere rulers.

The more I read or reread my battletech novels and source books the more I think Theodore is the most upstanding house leader. He had a code of ethics and tries to stick to it as best he can.

I honestly don't know much about steiner or marik leadership.

I also respect the leader of a fellow Concord of Kapteyn member. May our realms stand together against the fedrat horde.

Actually Theo's best move during the Smoke Jaguar kill off was allowing VS Davion to run the show.

His most amazing political stunt was somehow getting the people of the Draconis Combine to be ok with a Davion having sex with his daughter while during the day the same Davion was leading a war effort to restore the Dragon's lost worlds. That right there proves him to be the most skilled political leader of his time.

The best Marik leader in history was not actually a Marik and instead a Comstar plant that went rogueish. That's pretty much all you need to know about them.

Oh I see. So while the DCMS takes the brunt of damage, the Davion Citizens can allow their Army of Lawyers and Bankers who Rob the People Blind (unlike the Market Socialist Kurita) to get away with it, and the Samurai of House Kurita are to die in endless waves while Davion Dogs fatten their pigs. I don't think so you Cho-Baka.

Mercenaries ... we don't need their scum.

But of course I will stand behind our esteemed Gunji-no-Kanrei, and I certainly agree that Kurita-denka's reforms will serve our nation and its people well. The Dragon's blood runs strong today.

A toast to the royal family! Kampai!

Motion to have PGI have House Kurita use its newtech equipment in faction play alongside salvaged clan mechs and recognize that IS vs Clans is just a petty squabble. The true battle that faction play needs to be built around being the endless struggle of House Kurita & Friends vs Everyone Ever.

All in favor say KURITA STRONG.
