At least I don't feel I'm the oldest one in the bunch. I'll be 47 in November.

Yes, even Grandmas plays Mechwarrior!!!

Thank goodness my mech will be able to run faster than I can.

19. Watching my dad play the Mechwarrior series was one of my earliest memories. I started playing MW3 at age 8.

Ah, but "Depends" are not just for bladder control problems. Wear them while you are playing a game and you will see what I mean.

50 this year. I have played since Mechwarrior 2. Was on Heavy Gear 2s Shadowguard Beta team. Absolutely love a good Mech SIM. Still waiting. ;p Hoping now that Hawken and MWO are almost here, that many other Dev teams start to open their eyes and see that Mech games are big sellers.

I am still blown away how it took 10 years for someone to realize it.

47 here... well at least I am not in the last category... YET... Been playing the games sense they where networked systems in high-end gaming malls in Dallas, not to mention the miniatures with string and dice... can't wait to get online for some real frag time.

The lifeblood of any game is bringing in new players. At 57, I see I'm not the oldest. I play EVE with a lot of "younger" players. It's a lot of fun. They call me "the bearded one." There are also several other members near my age, so I don't feel alone.
I look forward to kickin' arse with the younger guys, and the other "bearded ones." Maybe us old fogeys ought to start up a Merc unit. Lol!

This is something I have been waiting for, for a long time now, I have played every version of Mechawarrior/Battletech game there ever had been, I even had the opportunity to hit Chicago and played at the Mechwarrior facility they had there. My first experience was when I was still in high school playing tabletop battletech
