So there really is a touhou based MWO unit. Who would have known. Some time ago I saw some player with the [TOHO] tag and thought that would be just a one man unit, because there can't be many touhou fans in MWO.

Crystal Desert, but it only matters for WvW. In everything else in PvE, all servers are shared, so we can play together regardless of what you pick.

WvW CD is kind of sad though. I was one of the few WvW commanders CD had, but I haven't played GW2 for a while ever since the Chinese New Year update. Having every class maxed means the amount of stuff I can do I haven't done several times already is limited, and playing alone gets a bit boring occasionally. You can call me in to GW2 at any time though, just use Evolve.

We're the unofficial touhou guild for both MWO and GW2, because it's never official until ZUN appears. We're also the first 'casual' guild in the entirety of MWO - most have some form of activity basal requirement, and some have stat/skill/voice chat requirements - but as you might expect with no basal req it also means the number of players active at any one time isn't always that high.

That said for this event we've had very good turnout, I think the highest was 10-man. Had some good games, some bad games and some great games against everything from 4man teams to a 14-man o_O. Special mention goes out to the folks from [228] for some of the better play I've seen for a while - sometimes on our side, sometimes on the other, sometimes on both. Pic related.



Thanks to all the games, I'm done with the non-CW reqs for the event now.

too much partying leads to hard mornings master hayashi!

So I tried CW. We're going to need at least a 6man to do this effectively because:

1. Solo queue is very, very slow. It takes about 20 minutes to assemble a pug team.
2. Said PuG team will get annihilated by an opposing 12man, because 3/4 of them will be in trial mechs and none of them will know the meaning of 'UAV', 'Push' or 'Pincer'.

Given the current skill potential of the 12mans I'm seeing, 6 should be sufficient to give a 50% chance of victory. More would be better of course.

Between which, #1 is really the greater problem here in terms of loyalty points/hr. Much harder to grind mechbays when you have to wait that long between matches.

I did a match with Diego before as full PuG vs full PuG, but while that result was good, the wait time was equally powerful.

I wouldn't dare, I filtered only for the danmaku games I actually played.

Even so I wasn't actually that familiar with all the MoF characters since I didn't play it much.
