[Bear Shaman]

Tack another vote on for the survivability and maneuverability of the Grasshopper. Dunno how it'll handle in-game, but I've got to give it a shot. Honorable mention for the Jagermech, though. I love auto-cannons more than anything... until they run out of ammo.

Also, this acts as my introductory post, since I didn't see an "introduce yourself" topic anywhere. So hi everybody/ hoi chummers (for fans of that other old FASA property.)

I've always loved the CRD-3L. Bit shorter on firepower, but having a 65-ton mech with 120 meter jump capacity is all kinds of fun.

I'm a Medium pilot for sure but Heavy's are a close 2nd. This one is tough for me however.

Archer is a pride and joy. Especially with how well they work with my all time favorite mech the Shadow Hawk.

Warhammer, the power house that overheats unless you know what you are doing.

Orion just tears people a new one.

All in all I had to give my vote to the Archer!

It was a tough choice for me between the Warhammer and the Archer. I voted Warhammer, but I could have just as easily selected Archer personally.

I suppose it would depend on the actual role I was expecting.

Thunderbolt.

Extremely versatile and survivable. It can tackle anything. The later iterations like the 9M with jump jets and gauss are extremely useful.

After that, Orion is a close second. Its eccentric looks are cool to me, and its weapons loadout is excellent to me, too.

Oh man. I voted Catapult, but just remembered the Flashman. Not in the TRO, but it was in the record sheets.

I remember getting such a kick out of the rear view laser.

Marauder. Though I was tempted to vote for the Grasshoper or Thunderbolt.

Warhammer, definitely. 6D variant is easily my favorite, with enough heat sinks to blast with the PPCs for a few turns before letting one fall silent, and enough to open up at short range with a PPC and the other smaller weapons on a run without overheating. Armor is a little lacking, but before the 3060s I don't get to use my preferred Thanatos, so this is it.

This was super hard for me. The Marauder is iconic, the Catapult is my favorite support mech, and I'm a huge supporter of the Grasshopper as a heat conscious, effective infighter. Vote goes to the Catapult with a lot of guilt for not giving the 'Hopper the love.

Well, I've already vote for Marauder in Unseen poll, so Warhammer is my choise, especially dual PPC config.
