Well you could go for something prebuilt.

90 fps in metro 2033 on ultra graphics, no interest in shogun 2, its a terribad game imo.

Right, and I have a flying car <_<

Dual Radeon HD 7970s can barely approach 90fps, and that's not playing on maximum settings as Adridos was referring to

They were only using a midling AA setting.

So either you have a setup more powerful than that, you're running the game at an absurdly low resolution, or there's a 3-4x fudge factor in your statement.

So...was gonna type out a long story about what happened when I ordered my stuff from newegg but found that it was just too long and not that good of a story for the length, so here's the short version. Bought my stuff at newegg, got an email saying it had been cancelled due to part not in stock. Made another order of mostly the same stuff with a few upgrades/additions. Got refund for the one part and then noticed that the entire order had not been cancelled. IMANOOB, called newegg customer service since i didn't need two rigs, CS guy laughed WITH me while he fixed my orders. Parts are being packed as I'm typing this and should be here tuesday or wednesday!!

Finalized setup...

Still missing the HDD, it was the part that wasn't in stock but I figured the SSD could hold me through til it's available.

I still have my current desktop and an external drive to store stuff on til it's available. The only real upgrade was the PSU because of a bundle package and changing from a gigabyte to a sapphire on the GPU.

Again, I would really like to express my thanks and appreciation for all the comments/suggestions/help you guys gave me with this build. Now hopefully I won't go and mess something up on the actual installation lol.
