Greeting from the Phoenix Dominion
The pilots of Phoenix Dominion are the best MechWarriors that any of the Houses have employed in 500 years. Your past does not concern us. We're only interested in your resolve and strength on the battlefield, fighting with the best trained and equipped pilots of the Inner Sphere.
We are actively recruiting and we would like to extend an invitation for you to join us. Our 1st and 2nd Battalions are growing quickly and we need you! The 1st Battalion in the Americas is growing in leaps and bounds. Our 2nd Battalion in the EU and AU is opening up to support the growing number of pilots in those time zones. Get in soon, space is filling up quickly.
We are looking for all sorts of players and you will find a good home and a good group of people. We even make it easy for you; we have our own website and Team Speak server.

All pilots will need the following to qualify:
- Active membership with Mechwarrior Online
- Great positive attitude and the capability to have fun.
- A bit of thick skin. (We like to joke and poke fun at each other, but are civil.)
- Logging in to our dedicated Team Speak server
Official acceptance into PhD will require a small amount of commitment on your part:
- Recruits must post a recruitment application on the PhD site using the application form.
- The Community’s Codes of Conduct must be adhered to. We are all here to have fun and it’s important that we all work together effectively as a team.
- We require members to show up on the PhD TeamSpeak on a regular basis for our scheduled team meets. This is to enable effective, centralized communication and coordination. There are usually people around in the mornings and evenings in the North American time zones.
