There are two early Clan units working in the I.S. as mercs,
They are the Wolf's Dragoons and Carston snord,s Irregulars.
Both of these units appeared well before the Clan Invasion,
The Dragoons in 3005 and the Irregulars one year later.
The Clans hit the I.S. in 3050.

No they did not. The Clans actually hit in 3049. You need to study your Battletech history more.

Actually, you need to refresh yourself. They hit the Periphery/Bandit Kingdoms in '49 to use as their forward operating bases. The 1st Wave of the invasion was launched in March of '50. They were not seen in the Inner Sphere before then. The first planet to be attacked is Thule, by the Ghost Bears.

We are starting to eat our young as the wait for beta release drags on. The crew grows increasingly combative over the smallest of slights. Lt Quibbles is known as the main instigator.

Snords are part of Wolf Dragoons but they are Clan none the less. Wolf Dragoon Mechs don't make it to the IS lines until 3067ish at the earliest When WoB unloads hell on Outreach

Would be interesting to become a bondsman and work your way through the clans as alternate leveling or a character reset

I forsee a lot of Clan units founding merc groups then ripping off the Wolf Dragoon back story in our future.
