What is funny is that Crysis 1 is capable of better graphics than Crysis 2 is...

Also, in DX 11 with high resolution textures enabled, Crysis 2 actually has a higher level of graphics rendering, especially with tessellation. The main reason people think the original Crysis looks better to many people is largely psychological- you see a city landscape every day as opposed to a jungle environment.
