What's everyone playing to pass the time?

I had been playing a lot of World of Tanks a few months ago, but lately it's been Battlefield 3. DihmWhit is the name if anyone cares to play (PC of course).

I don't suppose there's a good online version of the table top game out there we could muck about in is there? I've yet to find one. :(

STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl and Mass Effect 2 are getting some replay time.

Mount & Blade: Warband (with and without mods) is always a given.

ArmA II is getting it's share and then some.

And of course, L4D2, DoDS and all the other fun games I have.

Finally, the Total War series (Rome and onwards).

Why hasn't someone made a Inner Sphere:Total War full conversion? I require it now.

Probably because space battles are not-as common due to the chance of damaging jump ships and mechs lining up and shooting at one another without maneuvering would seem rather odd

What I do to pass the time? Well... that varies... greatly, and between different types of hobbies as well.

The games I have played at one point or an other during the past month has been, Deus Exe - Human Revolution, Nexus - The Jupiter Incident, Might & Magic Heroes VI, City of Heroes, UFO TTS, Fallout Tactics, Freelancer, Cultures Online, Suikoden 2, Driver San Francisco, and maybe a few otheres I have forgoten.

On top of that I also watch some several tv-series: Castle, Terra Nova, The Fades, Fresh Meat, Person Of Interest, Nikita, Merlin, Homeland, Misfits, The Walking Dead, Spy, Mythbusters, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, The Ultimate Fighter... to name the major ones of them. I also follow the BBC coverage of Formula One, and watch any K1 + MMA I can get my hands on. Plus somehting like 2 handfuls of Anime series.

I read as well. At the moment I am rereading all of David Eddings books... and as I am playing some of the above mentioned games (only the ones where I don't feel I need to concentrate that much when playing them) I also listen to Audiobooks, at the moment I am listening to all of Anne Rice's books.

And finally I of course spend time here online as well, either randomly searching or checking up on something... or spending time on some communitys, right now it's mainly here and my guilds from City of Heroes.

Then imagin that all of these things I do randomly changes, from one moment to the next I will/might shift from one thing to another, and each "moment" can last as much as a few minuts to several days or weeks.

Just so you know, calling the bot severely retarded would be a complement. I have watched it fail to grasp the idea of standing still and laying down fire in an assault 'Mech or lock its MASC up when it is a kilometer out of range so you should not rely on it for anything besides learning the basics of the game or being there to beat on at odd hours.

yes the bot is a bit like your cousin from alabama. that goes to the "special" school on the short bus. But just sometimes it can surprise you. I recommend using about 3 times your number in bots to even it out a bit.

Shhh, let me have my glory.

It's the first time I've done "tabletop" since high school (I don't want to admit how long that's been), and I did it on my second try, so nyeh!

Borderlands, Nuclear Dawn, Dues Ex. And drawing mechs! I've been working on a raven just for kicks but I think I'll do a mech from the FRR next (Which would be either the Panther or Archer if I want one that'd made there, ha).

Jim! I am stalking you.

I play World O' Tanks a bit (Less since I finally got the biggest tank) and I am trying to figure out Megamek. I may make a long drive just to find a store that sells battletech. I haven't messed with BT since high school, but lately I am catching a fever....I NEED MORE COWBELL!

There is no reason you need to limit your options so much. The FRR starts production of a number of new designs like the Viking after the invasion so you could easily draw a 'Mech that will not be in production as of the start of MWO.
