About a copy of a Valve New Employee Handbook that has been leaked on the web.
For fans of Dev companys, Valve, or the gaming industry in general its an interesting read.

To say that the read is interesting.... has really sold the booklet short. Valve's outlook on operations alone mirrors my own personal beliefs; beliefs which have been stifled by my current job. Beliefs which I've always held firm to and had hoped that another company embellished.
...It's kinda creepy, but in a cool way.

Even Valve has some flaws. At least they are too small to notice.

They can use simple replacements. For example, the do not read 3rd page, they read 2nd+1st page.
Problem is, we do not want 2nd+1st games.
