The game that got me first into MechWarrior/Battletech was the SNES version (Super Nintendo, yes I’m that old :D ), I think it was called "MechWarrior:3038" . Most people remember the PC version but I just wanted to know how many people remember the good old SNES version?
Here is a link for people who don’t:http://www.sarna.net...hWarrior_(SNES)

Cheaper to plop down $6-$10 at steam for Crysis Warhead (for Crysis Wars) and DL MWLL.

Bet somewhere you can get a ROM if you simply HAVE to have it....

Internet Archive now has a MESS emulator of this classic, that is playable in your browser. It takes a bit of practice using a keyboard, but you can also use a gamepad. <CTRL> button = start, arrow keys drive the mech, takes some experimentation learning which keys fire which weapons. No sounds yet, but its pretty cool to be able to play this again. Hard to believe it has been 20+ years. Here is the link:

Mechwarrior 3050

Both. I haven't seen an emulator for your first example, though. Only the second.

You can always download a emulator for the SNES. and then download the rom and play it that way. Plus with an emulator you can configure a controller.

(Mechwarrior 3050) looks like it has awesome potential to become a MWO mini game. World of tanks has mini games all the time. Love to see MWO do something similar.
