Not much interested. Not a fan of action RPGs like that.

But if I had to play a good game of that genre, I would start with the people who made the genre and play Torchlight 1/2. ;)

Well, im betting most of the guys that say they dont like it will eventually buy the game to see whats what. That game has amazing artwork, really nice gameplay. Been in beta so i can say that it surpasses d2 in most ways. It feels that its gonna be a better game. *crossing fingers*

It seems Diablo III is more divisive on player opinions than the previous installment of the series. Maybe they've changed too much and alienated some old fans.

Well, considering how people complained when Starcraft II came out that they didn't change enough... I don't think there's a way for Blizzard to please everyone.

Yeah, but Starcraft not changing enough is a bad thing. It wasn't a perfect game, just great for its age. Diablo, on the other hand, is the opposite (while still being great for its age XD).

I have to disagree. Diablo has never been 'perfect' in any of its incarnations, and I keep hoping at least some of it will change with each iteration.

EDIT: I have enjoyed each version of Diablo that's come out, but I don't feel any of them can be considered 'perfect'.

I'll be playing it. I hated D1/2, and I don't care for action-RPGs, but I found the Beta, while on the easy side, far more enjoyable than any action-RPG I've played to date.

Also, Death to Ability Scores, thank-God. Useless legacy things they are.

Blizzard confirms they're increasing the difficulty from Open Beta.

I will be playing D3, and MWO... And possibly losing all ties with my wife and kids in the process.

You gotta do what you gotta do, right?

Makes sense to me - I was one-shotting a lot of stuff in single player and that feeling, while fun, does tend to feel hollow after a while.

So busy working in real life, and spending time in Diablo III ingame, that I haven't really been here in a while.

Garth is gonna fire me at this rate. With a flamer.

I've been playing since its launch. It is OK, but I am finding the game to be a little too repetitive. I find myself missing D2.

only thing d3 improves is the graphics and perhaps more info on the back story and monster types... everything else is basicly crap =X

diablo and its expansions and even d2 were so much better for me =3.... so illl definatly take mwo over d3 anyday =3
