Personal Defense Weapon of Choice

For all you fellow military folk (POG and combat alike) and non fellow military folk, I was curious what would be you Cannon or non-canon weapon of choice if you have eject from your mech?
Remember it would have to fit in a cockpit, be light enough not to be a burden and strong enough to kill those swarming anti-mech infantry that just legged you.

I would enjoy a 1980's classic of a mac-10 with a couple 30 rounders

Probably a Mauser and Grey Needle pistol with a couple of blocks of ballistic polymer.

After the Clan Invasion I will be piloting an Omnimech so that will not be a problem quiaff?

For a PDW, FN P90 SMG. For a sidearm, the matching pistol. By the 31st century they should have 5.7mm FN ammo capable of threatening battlearmor.
