Do not pull a world of tanks and ... Make sure most of your bugs are fixed before you enter open beta..
Make sure you do not pull a one sided fight.. Have every faction have str/weakness...
Make sure you listen to your players and what they have to say..
I was in world of tanks cbt-current and it is getting old with the issues they have still yet to fix that have been around since cbt....
So please please.. listen to your players or your game will have a rough road

You haven't spent even a second before registering up and posting a bunch of ignorance. You haven't played the game yet, eh? Well that's good, seeing how the game's not even out.
Yadda yadda, a bunch of commands to a developer whom you insult as not being community-centric, and yeah....
*Gives you a swift kick in the _______*
Sorry, but you actually deserved that.

They phish us for information and these Developers, espciaily the main ones actually read A LOT of the forums, and troll us on them in Paul's case.
This is why you got flamed, sure it may not seem nice. But the regulars of the site noticed from the OP that you had gone and posted with reading little of the dev blogs and other information. Which we see A LOT of, and it irks a few people, because the information is readily pinned and has it's own section.
Here, start here, read these corrisponding articles and see if it clears up some of your fears.

Yeah, but you can't go around just calling everyone a troll. This just seemed to be an ignorant poster. He obviously didn't do any research before he made vocal assumptions about how things "are". It's one thing to come in and not know a thing, then ask for the info (which searching would have helped alleviate), this was off on a tangent to even that.

Especially in the PC market, there are no standards that developers can code to in order to ensure that the game runs flawlessly out "in production" as it did in internal development builds. You can thank software/hardware manufactures for this lack of a standard.
We have the same deal in web development. Microsoft Internet Explorer is a despised browser due to it's very poor rendering and interpretation of code in tandem with its proprietary technology. At a certain point, you just have to say "Well, it works this well with this tech, so let's put it out and then at least take care of issues as they arise".
PGI is in-tune with the community; don't sell them short. Even if the game comes out with a major bug, at least be happy that due to the modular patching process they adopted, it can be addressed in a much faster time than other development methods.

Yeah, you never inclouded Ravens we were asking for since the annoucement. No dropping into fights either. You did your own mech lab rather than our hardpoint-TT version and of course you are turning this game into a CoD with mechs like Hawken does.
You are such bad devs.
@Handy:
Do not worry. They are really good. All of the features I mentioned above are from the community feedback. All factions use the same mechs, so no imbalances. With all that said, I am 100% sure they will not screw up the MM and we will a great game deserving its name.
