This is for the multi-toned yellow filter often seen with the shutdown effect. I once had it, minus the shutdown messages, plague me an entire match.

This is a relatively simple workaround and it also works for the power up after shutdown bug.

Right-shift + F11.

Notes: This disables hud, which also disables the yellow filter, cross-hairs, and IFF triangles.

Translation: until you press it again, there will be no hud at all. Can't tell friend from foe. Difficult to guess where you're aiming if you use arm weapons. But this will get you through that match

If no hud on next match, press right-shift.+ F11 to toggle hud back on.

"ALT+TABbing" twice seems to solve this too. And you get to keep your HUD.

As for the power down screen, powering down (again) and then back on also seems to solve the matter.
