Yes its too bad their site is down. Their fourth mech pack looked sooooooooo sick, with badass modifications and such. but who knows if we'll ever see it now.

There is still places you go to download the MTX downloader. Most of them already have MW4 install in the app it self. So, when you install MTX, all you have to do is install MW4 that is already included. As far as servers to play on. I have been playing on the normal servers through MW4 it self for weeks now. Just me, killing bots.....allllllllllll day......./hint

Our webhost has been having technical difficulties in Houston since May 4th due a system wide IP Block failure which has impacted the MechWarrior4 servers as well as our homepage. Their engineers have not been very forth coming regarding the reasons behind the IP Block failure which tells us they may be waiting on their ISP. We are currently evaluating the cost necessary to abandon our current webhost and keep the MechWarrior4 servers online vs. shutting down the MechWarrior4 servers in anticipation for the release of MechWarrior Online. MekTek.net will return as soon as the host either resolves the issue or we decide to move to another host.

First post for me so if I seem offtopic, sorry-about-that.
I have just returned home from my last deployment. My brother has just left for his last.
He has been telling me about the Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries game. It sounds like a lot of fun.
I have been trying to download it but so far nothing I have tried has worked.
I am not very good at computers so if someone can help with the simplest way to get the game
I would really appreciate the help.

You might have some luck here in order to snatch the game files.
If they don't come with an installer you should try this one.
