I know the game is in alpha, and you guys are probably sworn to secrecy at gunpoint, but having confirmation on a couple things would be nice. Ahem...

Endo Steel - I didn't anything resembling options to switch your chassis. Will it be included? And if so, how will they be balanced? I presume they will take up an extra slot in all places, as well as costing an arm and a leg.

LB-10X - Will this sexy beast be in the game? I'm pretty sure 1/3 of every mech I have ever made has utilized this in some capacity. Being LosTech and weighing a ton less, will it cost alot more then it's standard counterpart?

XL Engine - I didn't see an option regarding engines. Will this be in, and take up torso slots, as well as make side torso destruction fatal?

Arrow IV - The IS recreated this around 3044, although they are very expensive. Will these be available, and if so, will this allow Catapult to poke people at 900m+?

Double Heatsinks - Are they in? No? Keep it that way until the mid-3050 please!

As long as the first 2 are included, I am a very happy person. Since they aren't going to tell me, how do you guys think Endo Steel and XL should be included?

ANSWER: The weapon list is every Inner Sphere weapon available in the time frame, and they should all be in for launch. The following is a list of the weapons and equipment available at the time.

Active Probe
ECM Suite
Narc Beacon
TAG

Oh. Wow, I guess that answered that early on, nevermind.

So no Arrow IV (Artemis IV is on the list, not Arrow) then? I'm not a fan of it, but the "fire support" title doesn't really fit if my Catapult can only engage at 630m. Having a longer range options would be nice.

Is says it is 'likely' that they'll have most or all of that list on the bottom at release, including Arrow IV.

isnt endo steel per chassis and not something you can just add to a mech tho?

Yeah, always thought of it as swapping out a space frame for a uni-body on a car - You just can't. But this be the BTU so you can.

Well, there are some mech variants of older designs that use endosteel. One such is the Centurion CN10-B.
