And MW2 was a single player game with some multiplayer functionality. MWO is a multiplayer game without a single player.

The closest we might ever see are NPC support vehicles like VTOLs and even that is entirely speculation.

They would need to make a lot of maps that could have been a good fresh thing in the MP for only 1, maybe 2 plays.
Also, the whole thing would need to be scriped and AI would have to be made from scratch.
There's simply too much to incloude to the game to make something like campaign possible.

A mission-based game only lasts as long as the campaign, or a couple of replays. PVP is the gift that keeps on giving

all i was suggesting was that if they made campaign dlc it would be another way to bring in more money. it is core a pvp game and im sure it will be great but it would be reason for the non walet warriors to spend their money. And even the campaign could be co-op that makes it last longer or they could have some sort of firefight mode where you go in with a lance of mech and fight waves of support vehicles.
