Bad Fps Since 1.1.155, No Prior Issues.

Previously ran smoothly on very high 1920x1080 fullscreen, but now struggles.

Intel Core i7-3740QM CPU, 8GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 675M. All drivers up to date.

Ambient Occlusion turned on?
Have you deleted your shader cache folder?

Can you try turning off AA?

I don't know how to do that.
No, but I re-installed it before coming here for help, would that have cleared the cache?

Yes, it helps a bit, but why do I have to when it was fine before?
