First of all, thanks so much for the game/sim. Many of us have been waiting since MPBT3025
for another great online mech fix. You have laid the foundation for a truely great game, both
tactical and strategic, and you've given the greater BT community a home again. Keep it up.

I have a few simple ideas that shouldn't take too much effort to implement, and could result in a major payoff in player satisfaction.

Before the fight starts, it would be greatly useful to know what mechs are on each side,
or at least to be able to see what mechs are on your own side. Also, it would be cool and
useful to be able to free look around the cockpit (I've noticed an ammo display so far).
And it would be very useful to be able to set up weapon groups before the match starts.
Perhaps during the count down.

After the match, some more battle data would be very much appreciated. The names, mechs,
and mech names of kills and enemies damaged. A list of salvaged equipment, crit hits,
number of times overheated, time spent shutdown... lots and lots of things to add fluff, enjoyment
and useful data for the players to enjoy. It would also be really cool to be able to access the
post battle info from the home screen or garage.

You can free look around the cockpit, just hold left control and move the mouse around.

Or did you mean free look during match startup?
