15kph = legged speed?

This either means that 15kph is a "static legged speed" or that legging can reduce speed by about 75-80%.
Either way, ouch! Better put some armor on those legs! Anyone risking low leg armor is gonna be a sitting duck.

I derped. Urbies are 2/3. 15 kpH is a little under half their run speed. So it's just a little slower than their walk speed. In other words, it's just a tiny bit faster than it "should be" per TT. Close enough to please me, and that's what really matters. B-)

Or that the hunchback pilot didn't run at full speed after being legged.
Or that legging always reduces the speed by 50 kph.
Or that a mech with the same tonnage as a hunchback will get it's speed reduced by this much, but only on this map and only when he runs uphill, while being fired by lasers in the back, while Jupiter is covered by the shadow of the moon, at daylight, while birds sing and a steiner pilot thinks about piloting anything else than an atlas. If he would have been fired by LRMs, it would have been 12 Kph, by autocannons, 18. Maybe a light one will get more or less reduction, maybe a chicken leg mech will get even less/more reduction.
We only have TWO numbers.

Knee capping / legging are sound tactics against walkers!
If you are prepared to give, then expect to receive!
