Update:
Since I have joined it's fun frantic fighting every time I drop with Templars. It's always good time and good fun. If anyone is interested in being a Templars try it out. There is a drop every night and we are on teamspeak so you can hear the fun.

The Templars are running regular lance-size groups to teach small unit tactics and basic roles; this will lead into integration of interchangeable, cross-trained teams into larger drops that will absolutely stomp face.
