The Centurion has always been a nice mech, but this new artwork has given it some real character. I'll definitely take that mech out for a few sorties.

Meh, I don't really have a favourite 'mech. I just usually pilot what will give my team the best balance. If we need more heavies, I'll play that, more scouts? I'll do that too. I must admit though, I would like to get my hands on the Jenner, and see how fast I can push it. Might even see if I can mount one weapon, largest engine, and MASC... lol

marauder, bushwacker, highlander, tenchi, argus, raven, - Timberwolf, Shadowcat, Hellhound(hopefully MW4 styled), Vulture, kodiak, e.t.c.

or should i just mention the game period!

Marauder: Unseen
Tenchi: Mekpak stuff. If we see it, probably won't be for 10 years or so. >.>
Argus: 3059, so... 10 years.
Bushwacker: 3058 Only 9 years!
Timber Wolf: Not until Clan invasion, which will be well enough after the release.
Shadow Cat: Clan again.
Mad Dog(Vulture): Clan still.
Kodiak: So very Clan.
Hellhound: Moar Clan.

At least you have the Highlander and the Raven.

I'll list of what I would like by weight class and clan/IS.

Light IS: Commando (Good hitter for it's size)
Light Clan: Puma (two PPC's on a light mech, Ouch.)

Med IS: Wolverine, Uziel (More ppc goodness), Hatchetman (Who doesn't want to run around like a madman with a giant axe.)
Med Clan: Coyotl (The first Omnimech) or Shadowcat (Refit to max armor and a PPC please.)

Heavy IS: Dragon, Marauder (Sadly we probably won't get to see it without major remodeling since it's a Macross Unseen)
Heavy Clan: TImber Wolf (Of course) or the Hellbringer (If city fighting is going to be the focus, the speed will be a great bonus)

Assault IS: Kodiak (A fast Assault mech, whoda thunk.) Zeus. (A good well rounded fighter)
Assault Clan: Dire Wolf (Big slow and heavily armed. Sometimes you just want to stomp around and blow things up.) Madcat MKII (A good mix of weapon ranges and speed for an assault mech, but sadly won't be around for another 10 years.)

Do I have to be more specific than "everything" ? If so...God I hope the put a blackjack in. I have loved the feel of that since MPBT 3025 (R.I.P.)

From the current selection, it looks like the Hunchback may be my favorite. Interesting considering I never liked any of the previous incarnations.

I'm looking most forward to climbing into the cockpit of a Cataphract.

If we get a Cataphract.

I really hope we do. I'd really like to see the design of the original CTF-1X in MWO.

I want tarantula (light quad mech) or the scorpion (medium quad), I'm a huge fan of quadruped mechs, because they just look different and 4 legs are better than 2 cause that offers mroe stability, and probably makes legging less effective

If I was a Capellan, I'd be looking at the Catapult. Assuming 3 variants that I'd need to master to unlock the Elite perk-tiers, I'd buy 1 of each variant (hangar space permitting) & customize each one for a separate battlefield role. For example, the Catapult-C1 (LRM-boat), the Catapult-K2 (PPC-boat) & the Catapult from TRO 3039 with 4xSRM-6 instead of the LRMs. With mech-lab & some rediscovered tech, you could make a scout-Catapult with less firepower & the engine from a Star League Exterminator. Sort of a Super-Raven. It's very XP-efficient, because whatever you do & whichever mech you drive, you are earning chassis XP. And it helps your team by being more flexible. I'm thinking of doing something similar with the Dragon.
