I know this is a bit of an old thread, but I'd point out that Battletech is still being published and released and the current holder of the license, Catalyst Game Labs, does a lot of Epublications. You can find all the current Technical Readouts for sale from the official site here. Currently 3025 and 2750 have been joined together in the 3039 Technical Readout, which if you can get for cheap on Amazon. It includes a lot of mechs from that area that aren't in the TRO because they came out in supplemental and other material. The 3025 book is good if you're looking for Unseen artwork though.
