Ctf-4X Ballistic Weapon Convergence

Anyone else finding the convergence for the arm mounted ballistic slots on the CTF-4X to be off. The rounds aren't always going where the cross hair is or remotely near where the cross hair is at times. I've had alpha strikes miss Centurions by going around the center torso but inside the arms.

Why are new mechs released without actually a list of all their hardpoints by location? Instead the list we get is merely a total number of hardpoints on a mech, which alone is fairly uselss. On some mechs you can guess where the hardpoints might be, but you don't know.
