Victor and Galen Cox. They seem like good friends trying to help each other out. Of course, Victor's the Archon-Prince. But Galen's his eyes, ears, and hand.

I guess the BT universe tend to balance itself off. If Victor was ever successful as the Archon-Prince of a stable FedCom, then they would dominate the IS in a couple of decades. (The DC being integrated by him marrying Omi???)

But Katherine had to be born and the rest, as they say, is history...

AR here, from Manila, Philippines. 34 years old. Have played Mechwarrior 3 when I wan in college and it blew me away! The futuristic war storyline and all sucked me into the Battletech Universe. Played and finished both MechCommanders 1 and 2, but that's about it. Wasn't able to move on to MW4 on the PC and consoles.

Bought the Blood of Kerensky trilogy and the main story arc novels in college too. Bought a Handbook: House Davion (the early edition) and I was a Davion since then.

Sad that the FedCom alliance didn't even last a decade or two.

Can't wait to be in the cockpit of a batlemech again. Am also anticipating the release of Mechwarrior Tactics for the Mechcommander feel, though.

Any of you guys in the region (GMT+0800)?

Come to think of it, wouldn't MWO be a great opportunity to REWRITE history, particularly the WoB Jihad. I too hate what happened to the BT universe after the Jihad. It simply is impossible to grasp that an organization springs up with all power and might to disrupt the very fabric of society.

Let's enter the Clan invasion, FedCom civil war, up to the Capellan Xin Sheng with Gauss rifles and LRMs ablazin'! After that, it's all up to us...

By the way, wouldn't it be nice to have a grand strategy game of the BT universe? Just a thought...
