Long time Battletech and Mechwarrior fan from way, way back. Back from when the 'unseen' were the ONLY mechs in the universe, and the Warhammer-6R chassis was my instant favourite.

Played the life out of the earliest Crescent Hawks and first Mechwarrior games, and every Battletech/Mechwarrior related game since then including those best left forgotten (damn you Mechassault 1 & 2!)

I have loved the 'Classic' Battletech universe since I first encountered it, and despite the shenanigans of post 3067 (and the entire abomination which is Mechwarrior Dark Age), I doubt I will be leaving it any time soon. My personal favourite era is 3025, and Wolf's Dragoons was my unit of choice - my miniatures were all painted in a custom Dragoons scheme with hand painted insignia and logo's. The link they shared with Clan Wolf meant that when the Clans invaded, Clan Wolf became my Clan home.

In the 'real world', the closest I get to wearing armour is in being a Stormtrooper of the 501st Legion. For the Empire!
