NOTHING is stopping them from remaking the unseen. In fact they CAN use a "variation" of the original artwork as long as they change up to 25% of the original design. Changing the color and the proportions alone would legally be enough. FlyingDebris's art style changed 50-75% of the design anyways. Harmony Gold only own North American rights to the original artwork. Not artistic license remakes. Nor do they own the names of the battlemechs. Anything FB makes would be 100% ok...
