One more.

"Life and death are simple enough, it's what you do inbetween them that is tough!"

Because men like me do things like this.

We do some things people consider bold. Packing tons of armor and enough firepower to make a company of United States Marines blush is no small thing.

I'm not just a warrior I'm a mechwarrior. Just think of where Alexander the Great might have stopped if he had 40,000 mechwarriors.

Don't bring a gun to a battle, bring a battlemech to a battle.

Winners get to tell it like it was. Mechwarriors are winners.

So by all means strap yourself in for one hell of a ride and by all means, fight like you only get one shot to make the cut or be a grunt, even worse some civi.

Something about working for a for a very large software company and struggling to actually create one might have a wee bit to do with it.

Now get in your mech and head downrange as I'm getting an twitch in my trigger finger you no good bullet-catchers.

Just remember, when all else fails, make sure you let the other side do all the dying for their country by fire and manuver and one shot, one kill.

In Topic: Why can't we have just the 'mechs?

I am very interested to see how they deal with this.

Me, I'd drop 2 stars (10 mechs) vs. 12 IS mechs to start and see how this shakes out.

Let IS be a bit more heavy and it would be a nice fight with properly trained mech warriors. Boost IS tech a bit, say add double heat sinks and that helps negate everything but the speed and range. Dont get me wrong I think clan tech is better, I just think good IS pilots can plan and use other things to make the fight better.

For example. Staying in lance formation, using cover, playing defense. You have an assault lance unload on a proud clanner charging around in house TimberWolf it will die quick.

As for when the clan assault lance comes.. heh, oh well. We better have punching and kicking :)

This guy is a troll or an *****.

Hmm....

I am going to buy the 60 or 120 dollar package not sure which yet.

In any event, say I rage quit before the game is released.

I call up Mr. Visa.. Mr MasterCard, or Mr, discovery.. and say something cute.

I'm not satsified, I never received what I was told I would receive or some other smart remark.

They in turn charge it back and bam.... no need to post....

So your just a troll or you've been headshot in a mech once to many.

:)
