Allegiance Icon

So I was browsing my profile when I noticed the option of "Allegiance Icon" between the Redeem Code option and the Forums Profile option. It doesn't seem to affect anything (trying to select any icon results in an unexpected error) but it has exactly the same options as my forum customization. Has anyone else noticed this?
