  I started with Battletech when I saw an ad for it in Dragon Magazine - and got the original boxed set. I've also played the first of the Mechwarrior games, and on and off, its various sequels.
  
  As to my 'in-game' persona - whose posts will be signed 剣光 - I'm basing him off the Soviet diplomat Vyacheslav Molotov; an unabashed party-line chauvinist who genuinely believes House Kurita is the only worthy house to retake the Star League. My banner translates as Honor, Duty, Courage. The babe with the beer is from an ad for Kirin beer.
