Maybe they should just change one thing:
Instead of ECMs only being countered by ECMs let ECMs only (but on an individual mech basis) be countered by BAPs (that is ... ECM in counter mode has the same effect as before (i.e. Counter for all of your own units) but if your own mech has BAP, you don´t have to rely on own ECM units in counter mode, in order to target mechs with ECM.

This way not only BAP becomes more useful than before, but you also increase the usefulness of non ECM light mechs (who, equipped with BAP, could go and hunt down ECM light mechs more efficiently)

Yep, they don´t make any sense in the module stats.
They should be listed (together with their damage/accuracy) in weapons

I had this with Heat Vision ...
if it happens it is always within the first minute of the battle.

I press H, Heat Vision goes Online and switches itself off after 1-2 seconds.
Then the H-Key gets unresponsive for several seconds (maybe 10-20) until I am able to switch to Heat Vision again (afterwards, HV stays activated without problems)
