Captain's Log, 3049-5-14.23; Today we clashed again with the "OMG! That's P2W!" horde. After a valiant struggle, and aided by a couple of strong allies, we overcame the ugly, green monsters. We harbor no illusions that they are permamently defeated so we will keep an ever vigilant watch.

Captain's Log, 3049-5-16.23; Lt Uhura picked up a signal emanating from our intended destination. Our spirits soar tho' the static drowned out the complete message. We expect a clearer signal by next week. We pray we will be leaving the Alpha nebula and entering the Beta system within the month.

Captain's Log, 3049-5-15.23; I see I mispelled "own" as won. Bones says I must have meant "yaun" due to us being on emergency rations of assorted ancient currency. We ran out of rubles last week and are now staring at our salads of various dollars. We pray we arrive at Beta soon.
