What you can expect: recruits will be evaluated in the following areas. 1) attendance 2)attitude 3)skill level. You can expect around 4 scheduled events a week, including practices, strategy sessions, dry runs, and matches. Our code of conduct is below:
COMP. TEAM CODE OF CONDUCT: AKA Don't be a Douche!
1. Be a team player.
2. Run meta (or equivalent min/maxed) mechs.
3. Follow the strategy, follow orders.
4. Respect the process, focus on improvement. This means;
* Constructive feedback in After Action Reviews between matches
* Process feedback after drops
ENFORCEMENT PROCESS
1. Pilots get a single warning about any violation (EVER).
2. Next violation they are asked to leave the current event (welcome to return for the next event)
3. On the 3rd offense, they are also asked to leave all future events pending a "court martial" vote to confirm ejection. A failure to leave when asked will result in IMMEDIATE ejection from the team.
4. Continued interference past this point will result in recommendation of ejection from the unit to staff, and/or a ban from the Teamspeak server.
QUICKPLAY PENALTY SYSTEM
Built for cross-censorship - swear jar for entire team so everyone regulates eachother. Every match is to be treated as if it is a comp-style drop. Your winnings for that drop are to be forfeited to the unit coffer if your comms are deemed inappropriate. Goal is to keep quickplay drops productive and keep team members in the right mindset.
QUICKPLAY PRACTICE
1. To be treated identical to an actual competitive match
2. Penalty can be issued by anyone in the drop
3. Cycle through dropcallers
4. Record for posterity
