Not sure if by design or by bug, but an EBJ with 3 HMLs and 2 HMLLs with a TCVII is seeing no range benefit on the Heavy Lasers.

It could be by design, Heavy Lasers(edit: in the lore) are supposed to mess up targeting systems of the mechs firing them.

Knowing PGI though...
