This is a petition to remove dynamic time of day on River City due to issues with frame stutter and screen freeze that occurs during the lighting change. From watching various streamers this appears to occur on all systems including current high end builds to the extent where I consider this map to be in an unacceptable state. Something must be done to improve system performance on River City and removing dynamic time of day is the easiest place to start.

If you are not able to optimise lighting in this obsolete sh*ttish game engine(to hell with ******** cry engine!) leave it static. You can't even set shadows properly! It sucks heavilly!
