I recently made purchases of MC packages on 9/8/18, one of which was a gift package. Although I received the purchase confirmation emails from xsolla, I didn't receive any confirmation emails from MWO. This left me unable to provide the gift recipient with the redemption code. I sent an email to accounts@mwomercs.com requesting the redemption code email be sent, since that's the address that provided the redemption code from a previous purchase.
Wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
