1) As far as i know, ELO is back in effect. Is there any way to see your own ELO score?
2) Several Weapons were buffed in terms of crit chance & damage (eg. Machine Guns). Does this crit damage only affect equipment/weapons or it also affects that component's Internal Structure Hit Points? (In other words, if 1 machine gun bullet triple crits, it does 0.5+0.5+0.5 damage to equipment/weapons, in addition to doing 1.5 damage to the Internals?)
3) Are there any differences/advantages of selecting a House currently? (as opposed to being lone wolf) I see many people doing it but i cant understand why
4) For flamers, anyone notice any heat increase for the receiver? I read somewhere about the flamers will be buffed in this way but it has no indication on the patch notes

2) Some equipment crittable, MG/LB-X still wastes of tonnage
3) Selecting Liao makes everyone think you're a Goon. Unconfirmed reports suggest it also lets you waive the SA membership fee.

When I made my account and went to setup my profile it was like "choose your faction" in one section. So I picked the one with the badass lookin' asian-*** dragon that also happens to be my two favorite colors. Apparently the faction is actually somewhat interesting...like feudal japan, but that doesn't really impact my decision at all.
What I do find humorous, though, is the steiner scout lance being four atlases. If it weren't a silly lookin' blue fist banner, I'd totally be a steiner just for that glorious heritage.
Addendum:
Someday your faction will matter...but that's quite a ways off yet. There's going to be some deep faction wars junk when they roll out the community warfare updates. Until then, it's basically just your display image on the forums and in the game.
