What's up with this, I can suddenly aim torso mounted weapons as if they were arm mounted (within limits). Huge boost to my CPLT-K2, but is this working as intended?

I have noticed some twist slightly farther than you can look, may be the mech trees working their magic on certain mechs (since it was bugged prior to the 19th patch for certain mechs).
