With that in mind, I honestly would not mind if PGI has a C-bill version of flush which you consume and have to spend money to replace/refit after each match and a MC version which is just purchased once or costs 50-75% less to refit between matches. However, the two options should have the EXACT SAME features and functions and consume the same amount of Module Space.
Yes, the C-bill version stacks. But you have to use two module slots. Module slots are, and will increasingly be, in short supply and giving the MC version this type of advantage smacks of the first steps down the slippery slope of Pay to Win. This is the first time you can buy something which has an advantage unattainable by working hard in game and earning C-bills.
PGI has done a good job to date with Hero mechs as a MC only item. Most of the Heroes are interesting in some regard, but none of them are in any way better than a standard mech of the same type.
Make Modules the same way. Functionally equal, with some side advantage for paying real cash (like savings down the road.) As is, the Module flush will cause a competitive disadvantage for those who take the C-bill route. The currently published advantages do not appear to equal out the module slot cost.
World of Tanks went down this slippery slope and look at it today. And how many people stopped playing.
