I can't believe how horrible this sound is compared to the rest of the sounds in this game. Did you rip this effect off an 80's Mecha anime?

Take PPC recharge sound and adjust it for lasers, problem solved.

Its nice to know capacitors in 3050 are still loud as hell when dealing with that much power.

I cannot wait to hear what coolant flush sounds like, it would be great if it sounded like someone dropping a deuce in the toilet.

i think we can all agree that it is nice to have a "weapon ready and reloaded sir" - sound. and i this is the reason why so many of you actually like it. the current "manifestation" just doesn't fit in the dark and industrial setting of Mechwarrior. these are indeed dire times for mankind and i don't want my enemies to laugh at my lasers

I preferred it as it was prior to the patch, where the ML and LL didn't make a bunch of noise while they were recharging. Now there's a constant stream of annoying sounds. Yuck.

I like having a reload sound, it just needs to be tuned a bit. For instance pulse lasers have a decent sounding one, the regular laser one isn't quite a pleasant unfortunately.

Im fine with having a recharge sound but these sound horrible. Change them or just put them back like they were. I like the pulse lasers but the regular medium and large lasers sound gets on my nerves so bad.

It sounds like a car alarm, yes, or an 80s coin-op 8-bit effect, or, sadly, a clown with a slide whistle. Very disappointing.

I wouldn't mind it if the pitch was a bit lower, every time I fire my lasers now it feels like nails on a chalk board

I love the sound of pulse lasers, the mhump mhump sound is big and ?bassy? and feels bad ***, somehing like that but constant for a second or two would be better

Do like me , turn your sound OFF and make noise with your mouth ! YOU will get your personnal uber sound for everything .
