seriously, the River City at Night and the other one in the Blizzard are absolutely no fun. Yeah,i get it...it's cool that you can have night vision and thermal vision, but seriously what fun is it to run around these maps half blind? I'll tell you...NOT at all.

Love this game, but I dread playing those maps. I realize sometimes in war you have to fight in adverse conditions, but seriously this is a game...it should be fun every time you play, and quite frankly playing blind is not fun at all to me.

i hear you...but when you spend half your night in those maps,it's frustrating as heck. okay, at least fix the rotation so they don't keep coming up over and over again. I will say since the last patch, i don't see them quite as often, but before hand it was over and over again.

Am I the only one that gets the odd glowing green sky in Frozen City, Night (usually my favorite map, as thermal is helpful, but not mandatory)?

I think that reduced visibility, in normal mode, should be tweaked, as hardly anybody complains that thermal mode does not work well in Caustic Valley.

Please let us see the nice scenery that you rendered.

as more maps are added to the list each individual map will continue to become more rare.

my suggestion: submit lots of map ideas to give the developers plenty of inspiration.

Darkness doesn't help stealth because of Thermal.

why are there so many cold maps and not one jungle map yes make a jungle map with foliage and water and no visibility beyond 2 ft due to dense foliage oh wait you can remove the trees as a setting so only those that dont know about the render code for user.cfg will be blinded by the vegetation so... nevermind.

Yes, it should make it harder to ambush - unless everyone is using NV where the brightly glowing buildings could hide the advance of 20 mechs, a tank force and a few scottish bagpipers :)

It would be the pipers that would give them away - people would think lasers are recharging
