My favourite 1C build:
Gauss (3t), ER PPC in torso, 2Mlas in arm, 320XL DHS (11), Endo, Ferro.
Runs 95kph after tweak. No heat problems. Just keep your distance, protect gauss and victory is yours. ^^

300XL
4xML
Gauss
1xSRM4 (I prefer my Dragon a little less hot)

DRG-1C

This build runs hot and fast, at 101 with speed tweak. I wouldn't run it without basics done. Plenty of potential to swap out the PPC to LL or ML, and upengine. I've built around the 340, because I already had one in my 3D.

I know my friend has had plenty of success with this build.

My favorite 1C build is a hit and run cqc mech. 104kph with speed tweak (I like my dragons being able to run away from splatapults). Can maneuver to the backside of any mech and destroy them with a 45 alpha. http://mwo.smurfy-ne...5c68f1cba48fcca

Fairly heat efficient. LB 10-X AC is fun. I don't care what anyone says. If they keep buffing it, things are going to get ridiculous. Destroying internals/torsos from the rear is this thing's hobby. It does run out of ammo, but you'll still have the medium lasers and a lot of mechs will be dead.
